Shefali helped me bring awareness to is my values. In a world where there are a lot of options, opportunities, lifestyles, and paths, you must have an internal compass that guides you. I may have had these values somewhere in my subconscious prior to working with Shefali, the awareness of them has positively influenced my life and has made me come closer to identifying my purpose. I am now able to make decisions more effectively, visualize what I want/hope to achieve, and live without fear of failure – because I have built (and am building) a strong foundation and understanding of myself. That’s all I can ask for at this stage of my life. Shefali provided so much wisdom and value to me during these sessions, and I know that when future obstacles and situations arise, I will always reference back to discussions and conversations we had together.
